Many people think that the financial profit is the outcome of seizing opportunities, forgetting the others and thinking only about themselves. 

We see very wealthy people that live in luxurious homes, go to very expensive restaurants and live king lives, but, when we see their faces, the image is not of happy people. This person probably profits from third party losses, not aware of the consequence that he/she shall not b capable of enjoying the wealth, as he/she shall not have peace of mind.
